The Haiilo Story

Haiilo came together in 2022, when three companies COYO, Smarp, and Jubiwee joined forces. Each had spent years working on different parts of the employee experience, and each had seen the same problem from a different angle.

So we brought those perspectives together. Internal communications. Employee advocacy. Engagement insights. All under one roof.

The goal is to bring the digital workplace back together in a way that feels clear, connected, and easy to use.

Haiilo is growing fast, with teams across Germany, the UK, Finland, and the US. Because the way we work keeps changing. Sometimes in the right direction. Sometimes not.
